We believe shipping should be simple, discreet, and reliable. Here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver your Fleur Noire favorites.

✨ Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging — no logos, no company name on the box.

📦 Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping:
    5–8 business days (East Coast)
    7–14 business days (West Coast, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories)
    Delivered via USPS.
    P.O. Box & military addresses accepted.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    3–5 business days via USPS.
    Orders placed before 2:45 PM ET ship same day (Mon–Fri).
  • UPS 2-Day & Overnight:
    Fast shipping options available at checkout.
    Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • 🗓 Holidays & Weather:
    Delays may occur due to holidays or severe weather. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide!
  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and method (DHL or USPS).
  • 🌐 Customs & Duties: All customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • 🚫 Damage Claims: We do not guarantee damage or warranty support on international orders due to customs handling.

🎖️ Shipping to Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

We proudly ship to military addresses using USPS. Please use the proper APO/FPO format at checkout. Country should be set to “United States.”

🔄 Backordered Items

If something is out of stock, we’ll ship what’s available first and send the rest later — at no extra cost. Express shipping does not apply to backorders.

  • Can I track my order?
    Yes! A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  • What will the package look like?
    Plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes — your privacy is our priority.
  • Do I need to sign for delivery?
    Orders over $250 may require a signature at delivery.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders placed before 2:45 PM ET (Mon–Fri) are usually processed same day. Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Does UPS deliver on weekends?
    UPS may offer Saturday delivery in select areas. This option will appear during checkout if available.
